The Bonilla Foundation Scholarship is available to South Bay
San Diego students who are in their SENIOR YEAR in high school at Castle
Park, Chula Vista, Mar Vista, Montgomery, Southwest or Sweetwater.
Applicants are judged on academic standing, academic
ability, financial ability, completeness of application and potential
for good citizenship. Winners are selected by a Scholarship Selection Committee
based on guidelines established by the Bonilla Scholarship Fund.
Six scholarships in the amount of $2,000 will be
awarded in 2004.
In addition, the Foundation will award the Cruz Bustamante Scholarship
to the student who exhibits exemplary leadership skills and
outstanding scholastic achievement.
